At Serenity Shore Coffee, every bag we ship is roasted specifically for the person who ordered it—never pre-roasted, never sitting on a warehouse shelf. Because of this handcrafted process, our shipping timelines are slightly different from traditional online retail. We want to set clear expectations so you always know what to expect.
How Our Shipping Process Works
Every order placed on our website triggers a fresh roast cycle:
1. Roast-to-Order Production

Coffee is roasted, packaged, and labeled after your order is placed.

Labels are printed on-demand and batches are created fresh each business day.

Because every order is custom, production takes 3–5 business days before shipping (longer during holidays or peak seasons).
2. Order Verification & Processing
- Once your order is placed and payment is completed, it automatically enters our production queue

Orders are processed Monday–Friday.

If an order needs to be changed, please email us immediately at serenityshorecoffee@gmail.com with your order number.

Orders that have already been fulfilled or entered the roast cycle cannot be modified.
Shipping Methods
We ship using the best method for each order size:

1 bag: USPS First Class

2–8 bags: USPS Priority Mail

9+ bags: UPS Ground

International orders: Shipped via the most reliable service available for the destination
Expedited shipping is not available. This is because roast-to-order production, not the shipping carrier, is the determining factor for overall delivery time.

Roast & Prep Time
3–5 business days
(Production time may be longer during holidays or high-volume periods.)
Transit Time After Shipment
2–5 business days for U.S. shipments, depending on distance from our roasting facility.

West Coast & Southwest: ~2–3 days

Midwest: ~3–4 days

East Coast / smaller cities: ~4–5+ days
Total Estimated Time from Order to Delivery:
5–10 business days for domestic orders.
Our process ensures your coffee arrives at peak flavor, freshly roasted just for you.
Tracking Information

Once your order receives a shipping label, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Orders may show as “pre-shipment” until they are physically picked up by USPS or UPS.

Address Issues & Delivery Problems
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. Serenity Shore Coffee is not responsible for:

Why We Don’t Offer “Fast Shipping”
Fast shipping typically means product that was roasted weeks ago and stored in a warehouse.
Serenity Shore Coffee refuses to compromise on freshness.
Your coffee is crafted especially for you, and that takes time—but it’s worth the wait.
